Mardi Gras Mask Making

Get in the Mardi Gras spirit at the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and Northwest Louisiana History Museum. Children accompanied by an adult are invited to make festive Mardi Gras masks to celebrate the holiday and receive their first throw of the season.

From 12-2 pm. Admission is free and open to children ages 6 and up.

Pelican State Goes to War: Louisiana in World War II opening

On February 1, 2019, the Office of the Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser will unveil a new special exhibition at the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and Northwest Louisiana History Museum called "The Pelican State Goes to War: Louisiana in World War II". Produced by The National WWII Museum, the exhibition will feature artifacts, photographs and oral histories that highlight Louisiana’s extraordinary contributions toward America achieving victory in World War II.

Brew Sync

The Natchitoches Jazz/R&B Festival presents Brew Sync - an evening of song, beer and frivolity at Cane River Brewing Company on Tuesday, January 29 at 6:30 p.m. Featuring 12 teams competing. Tickets are $25, available in advance at the Harrington Law Firm and BOM Main Branch on Washington Street or can be purchased at the door.
